No need to winterize!

Whether you like to get up and go mid-winter or just don't like winterizing your RV, The Coach House makes RV storage easy.  The facility maintains a temperature of 45 degrees (or warmer) through radiant, in-floor heat.  Each unit has private access, 30 and 50 amp hook up, and sealed concrete floors ensuring you will never need to winterize your RV. 

We can accommodate even the largest coaches with each private bay measuring 15 feet wide and 50 feet deep. Each door has a 14 foot clearance, ensuring that all standard height coaches can come and go with plenty of space. With a gentle grade, the pavement leading up to each unit parking is easy and stress free.   

Each unit has a keypad with the capability of setting your own unique code and a remote door opener for easy access.

Security

The exterior of the building is well lit and video surveillance is provided by Doyle Security.  In addition, each unit has its own keypad that can be set to the code of your choice.
